Recently, Tianjin Xinhaoze International Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinhaoze) and Tianjin Lida Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lida Steel Pipe Group) formally signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in overseas and domestic market expansion of steel pipe products, supply chain collaboration and joint brand promotion, working together to build a more competitive ecosystem for steel trade and manufacturing.

As a prominent local trade enterprise based in Tianjin, Xinhaoze has accumulated abundant market resources and customer networks in the import and export of non-ferrous metals, chemical raw materials and high-end equipment. Lida Steel Pipe Group is a well-known domestic manufacturer of welded steel pipes, galvanized steel pipes and steel-plastic composite pipes. It boasts a robust production capacity with an annual output of nearly 1 million tons of high-frequency welded pipes and around 400,000 tons of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes. The trademark “Lida” has been recognized as a China Famous Brand.

Under the agreement, both sides will give full play to their respective strengths. Leveraging its international trade channels and overseas customer resources, Xinhaoze will help Lida further expand its markets along the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as European and American markets. In return, backed by its strong manufacturing capacity and stringent quality control system, Lida will provide Xinhaoze with stable and high-quality product supply. In addition, the two parties will establish a regular cooperation mechanism covering joint bidding for engineering projects, customized product development and market information sharing.

During the signing ceremony, the General Manager of Lida Steel Pipe Group stated: “This cooperation marks a key step for Lida to advance the in-depth integration of manufacturing and trade. Xinhaoze’s professional expertise and sharp market insight in trade will enable us to better connect with end-user demands and elevate our brand influence across the globe.”
